Telegraph, 2/4/08. "The Herbert in Coventry is to install interactive software to get feedback on exhibitions and events. Coventry-based Research House is to put six Digivey machines in The Herbert in Jordan Well, city centre, when its 20 million refurbishment is complete. Nitin Thakrar of Research House at the Coventry University Technology Park, said: "The touch screens enable visitors to complete surveys without having to find a pen and fill in a form. "There will be images, videos and sounds to help people. It's a faster way of collating data and a great way for staff to find out whether The Herbert is meeting people's needs."
Rosie Addenbrooke of The Herbert, said: "This will allow visitors to tell us straight away their views - we want to provide the kind of service people of all ages want."
