Why is there a Digivey Survey Suite as well as standalone modules?
Digivey survey software has a modular concept. We recommend to purchase at least one Digivey Suite for the survey administrator and a standalone Digivey Launcher module for each of the survey stations.
Can I customize and brand the surveys I create with Digivey?
Yes. You can customize/brand the surveys with your picture backgrounds, logo, corporate colors, etc.
What type of hardware do I need for survey data collection?
You can use any computing device running under Windows 2000 through Windows Vista. We recommend to use computing devices with touch screen for data collection and use your regular work PC for the creation of the Digivey surveys.
Can I use Digivey software with the kiosk I already own?
Yes, absolutely, if you have Windows 2000, Windows XP or Windows Vista operating system.
Are there any limitations of how many surveys I can create or how many responses I can receive?
No, there are no limitations with how many survey, quizzes or assessment projects you can create or how many responses you can receive.
Are there any recurring costs after the purchase of the Digivey software licenses?
No, there are currently no mandatory recurring costs for end users. However, we encourage end users to keep their software licenses current with one of our software-upgrade programs in order not to miss out on new features.
Can I add videos, pictures and audio to the Digivey surveys?

What kind of peripherals/accessories are supported by Digivey survey software?
Digivey supports: email notification (requires Windows XP Pro or Windows Vista operating system), bar code scanners, magnet stripe card readers, and printers.
